Join us for 26&2 Level 1 Hot Yoga (Bikram-inspired) with @simonakalea at Blue Dragon Hot Yoga.
- ●90-minute sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises
- ●Designed to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity
- ●Suitable for beginners; consistent practice supports overall wellness
What to bring
- ●Yoga mat, mat towel, and water bottle
- ●Hydrate well 12–24 hours before class
- ●Avoid eating 2–3 hours before practice
- ●Mats and towels available for rent

- ●Directions: Enter Seaview and take Mapuana nearly to the top. Right on Wehelaunui to the first driveway.
- ●Parking: In the driveway next to the blue house, along the fence out front, and on the grass across the street. Do not park in front of neighbors’ houses. Mahalo!
