Recurring weekly Bikram 26&2 Level 1 hot yoga class with @simonakalea at Blue Dragon Hot Yoga.
- ●When: Wednesdays, 9:00–10:30 am (90 minutes)
- ●Where: Blue Dragon Hot Yoga, 12-294 E Pohakupele Loop, Pahoa, HI

What to bring
- ●Yoga mat, mat towel, and water bottle
- ●Mats and towels available for rent
Preparation tips
- ●Hydrate well 12–24 hours before class
- ●Avoid eating 2–3 hours before practice
About the 26&2 series
- ●26 beginner postures designed to circulate oxygenated blood and support total body health
- ●Builds concentration, patience, determination, and self-control
- ●Aims to improve muscle tone, weight management, and stress reduction
Directions & Parking
- ●Enter Seaview and take Mapuana nearly to the top
- ●Right on Wehelaunui, which dead-ends into the first driveway
- ●Park in the driveway by the blue house, along the front fence, or on the grass across the street
- ●Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses
