Join @simonakalea for an intermediate hot yoga fusion based on the 26&2 “Bikram” series at Blue Dragon Hot Yoga in Kalapana-Seaview.
- ●One set of the 26 postures, with flowing sequences
- ●Added skill-building and strengthening exercises
- ●Culminates with 2 playshops introducing postures from the e84 Asanas, with beginner steps and modifications
- ●Challenging, fun, and accessible to all — no advanced skills required

- ●Directions: Enter Seaview and take Mapuana almost to the top. Right on Wehelaunui (dead-ends into first driveway). Parking in second driveway (blue sign), along the fence, and in the grass across the street. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses.
