Join @simonakalea for an intermediate hot yoga fusion based on the 26&2 “Bikram” series at Blue Dragon Hot Yoga in Kalapana-Seaview.

• ●Culminates with 2 playshops introducing postures from the e84 Asanas, with beginner steps and modifications
