Recurring weekly healing session combining gentle Kundalini Yoga meditation or breathwork with a therapeutic gong sound bath.

• ●No experience needed — come to relax, restore, and renew

What to bring

• ●Yoga mat (if you have one)
• ●Something soft to lie on: blanket, thick towel, or sarong
