What to Expect

• ●Hapé: clearing, grounding, centering, focusing, transmuting
• ●Sananga: eye cleansing, mental clarity, easing emotional density/anxiety, opening the heart
• ●Medicine Music Circle: songs from the Huni Kuin & Yawanawá traditions (drum & guitar) in service to body, spirit, voice, empowerment, and joy

Your Invitation

• ●You’re welcome to sing, dance, share music, or simply receive. Medicines are optional and served with respect and clear intention.

What to Bring

• ●Yoga mat (if receiving sananga)
• ●Warm clothes and a blanket
